Fit by Rick offers a well organized routine that will help you steadly progress to achieve your goals. Routines are based around an initial health and fitness evaluation as a starting point. As you fitness improves your routine is adjusted to help you reach new areas of development.

Custom Program
Fit by Rick will develop a custom program design to fit your age, goals and schedule. Rick is experienced in a variety of personal training programs including weight loss, rehab following an injury, Toning, PT in preparation for military duty, and programs to improve your abilities in your choosen sport, such as softball, baseball, and track. Personal Assistance

The 5 classic components of fitness are muscular strength, muscular endurance, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility. There are other subsets like power and speed. For more than 30 years, Rick Rodman has been assisting individuals of all ages and abilities achieve their own personal goals within these core areas of fitness. Rick invites you to give him the opportunity to help you get Fit by Rick.

Rick has been certified by the National Personal Training Institute and the Philidelphia School of Massage. He also maintains a very dedicated study schedule to stay abreast of the latest developments in personal training, fitness and nutrition.

Serving the Greater Minneapolis area, Rick assist clients at local fitness centers, aka personal training studios and health clubs, as well as conducting numerous sessions in clients homes. Through excellent communication skills, Rick demonstrates various exercises, helps clients improve their exercise techniques, is readily able to provide motivation and support to an individual in an exercise program. Rick also keep records of his clients’ exercise sessions to help monitor progress, and may also advise his clients on how to modify their lifestyle outside of the workout program to improve their fitness.

Rick's specialty is in the area of weight loss, muscle gain and the all important "ABS". His regular clients particularly value his years of expierence, ability to comunicate and the ability to understand their goals. Rick's client's have ranged from ages 12 to 71.
